So, I finally got a new car after much prayer and consideration. We were not sure what to do about our new car situation so it took some thought (as any large purchase requires). I found this one at the car lot on New Years Day (they were closed, so I could look as I pleased). Its a 2007 Honda Civic Ex...love it...especially the sunroof. Anywho, I really got this car because it gets incredible gas mileage, was an awesome deal, and did I mention wonderful gas mileage. The sunroof was a bonus, but not a must. We got the end of year deal since the sticker had not been taken out of the window when I had called this morning. The people at Gunn Honda were so kind (as they should be when your spending large amounts of money), but more importantly they gave me time and offered advice more than a sales pitch. I could have easily left with no pressure and I loved that. In fact, I had talked to the sales guy (who came in on his day off today to show me this car) for the past 3 weeks about cars. Anywho, just thought I'd share my good news. What a way to start 2009 (more in debt...not avoidable), but at least I can feel safe and love my new ride!!!Friday, January 2, 2009
