THE 80'S

You know your going to want to reflect on these questions...gotta love the 80's.
I left a few questions out. Thanks Brea for the fun!

1. How old were you in 1980? Negative 2
2. How old were you in 1989? 7 years old..my favorite age :)
4. Did you watch Transformers? Yes...
6. Did you own a Lite Bright? My grandma had one that we used to do when we visited. Scary story-my sisters were in a dark closet so they could really see the lite bright design and left it on in the the closet...awhile later we hear a crash, a mirror that was in the closet had shattered b/c of the heat! Thank goodness they weren't in there.
7. Who was your favorite Golden Girl? Betty, I think that was her name...
9. What was your favorite toy? My skip-it
12. What New Kid did you have a crush on? Jordan.
14. Did you watch the Care Bears? Of course.
15. Did you have jelly bracelets? bracelets, no...shoes-yes!
17. Did you own a glo-worm? My sister Jessica did.
18. Did you ever own a slap bracelet? Yuppers! New Balance actually made a running slap bracelet that glows lasat year~
20. Did you have a crazy hair style? Yes, a stylish mullet with feathered bangs...oh yes--I loved it and had no idea later we would all be mocked for having such goofy hair!
23. Did you have a Cabbage Patch Kid? Oh, how I loved the new cabbage patch doll--a birth certificate and all.
25. Rainbow Brite or Strawberry Shortcake? So tough...I read Strawberry Shortcake books, and watched Rainbow Brite TV shows
27. Did you own a pair of Jelly shoes? Yes.

30. Did you play Pac-Man? Eventually, but not the original.
31. Which was better: Jem and The Holograms or Barbie and The Rockers? Jem... I had the dolls. Not to see that I never owned a Barbie.
32. He-Man or She-Ra? He-man. I actually had the tiger...one of my favorite toys.
33. What movie scared you the most? The Boogie Man...my uncle and grandpa scared the living day lights out of me...

Wow, that was at least 20 years ago...I miss all the old, good cartoons (Smurfs, Snorkels, Scooby, the list goes on!)

I saw this on Brea's I thought it was so cute! Good old days I think I had about 5o pairs of jelly shoes all in different colors, one for every outfit, pathetic.

Ahhh, that is fun. Lite Brites...holy crap, I had completely forgotten about those. Those were so cool. By the way your Golden Girl is Rose...her name is Betty White in real life. I still watch that show sometimes, I kinda like it!
