Awesome Finds...

So, I decided to make a trip to Hobby Lobby and Target...and found some great deals! If you ask anyone in my family I'm always finding steals...and I probably have no items paid for at full price. Above, I got the charming quilted pillow on clearance for $4! I love it. Side note: the oar was $1 at a garage sell and I won the little stool from The Lettered Cottage.

I got the above basket on clearance at H.L. for $9! The letter M is a metal piece that was 50% for $3...so I tied the M to the basket and-Walah!So on to one of my favorite finds of the day. I found this little tray with antique metal handles, painted white and blue. Hobby Lobby came through again with a $3 find. In case your wondering-I purchased the yellow art at Time Out for Women-for $3...and the mason jar is a family heirloom (at least I think jars are heirlooms...its antique...it counts, right?). This last one is of the wire basket. Now, this wasn't dirt cheap like the others, but it was the lowest price I've seen it at. I've been waiting and and waiting for this puppy to go on sale and it finally did. Regular $30, I paid $15. Its perfect for all our fruits and veggies that used to pile into one large bowl...some never seeing the light of day until it was too late to even consume (hate it when that happens!). The wall art is a vinyl sticker I order online-then put on a piece of black paper. The frame was a Hobby Lobby score at $2...put them together...custom wall art. I'm working on some other ideas, so I will post about them soon.
