Turbo Tax...Friend or Foe?

Chris and I have been trying to submit our taxes online for the past couple months. Everytime we submit them, they are rejected? What is happening is that our AGI from last year doesn't match...or so Turbo Tax says. Well, when I called the IRS to ask about our AGI...they have what we have. Its a tangled web of mess. Technology can be such a blessing, but a curse at the same time. I decided to file taxes the old fashioned way...by mail.

Now don't think I love the IRS because they agree with us. Ever since we moved into our house we have been waiting on that lovely stimulus money for being first time home buyers. Well friends...still waiting. Apparently they mailed the check and its lost--but they can't be sure that we haven't really cashed it, so they will do an investigation to find out the whereabouts. They will take until..."oh, maybe June" (their words, not mine).
