Are You Serious?!

I needed to vent, so here I am. Can I just tell you that really this past month was crazy stressful. Our mortgage company (who shall remain nameless-for now) had paid themselves twice. How nice of them to give themselves a gift-and leave us with very little. They told us Dec. 3 that we would receive our money back in 3 days...then it turned to 7....then 10. Eventually the 10 "business days" passed and still no mula back in the ol bank account. I called, Chris called...and called...and called (you see where this is going, right?) We exhausted ourselves and our cell phone minutes trying to take care of this. We went through supervisors, customer service reps (who said we were overreacting-no joke), and others. Then they told us it had been refunded according to their records-it had not been put in the account-they said it had--blah, blah, blah! So Monday, Jan. 4 (a month later!!!) we received an over-nighted check. Yeah. {This lasted for about 5 minutes}...I checked my bank account--and here we are again. They are either really dumb or ignorant or mean...can I say frustrating?! I can't believe this. I am trying to be patient and I know it will work-out, but wow...seriously? What are the odds of this happening twice-yes, they have taken our mortgage payment twice-again. Thanks for listening {reading}.

Update: They fixed it! Yeah-it didn't take 30 days this time.
