This is the front runner so far...what do you think? The other angle looks better, but I couldn't find a picture of it. Cute windows over the garage and a sweet burgundy door. Anywho, the special quality this house has...large open space {2300+ square feet}, two separate living room areas {one up one down; aka 'his' and 'her' TV/reading areas}, big backyard {Toby and Alli Heaven-our doggies}, and a fireplace {not that its so-o cold here, but the charm of it all is awesome}.
If we put together a contract with our awesome, spectacular Realtor {my hubby} then we will have a new home-yeah! Before we move in, the whole entire downstairs floor would be redone in this beautiful wood:
The walls I am still looking at colors, any suggestions?! I am thinking something neutral...I love this glass tile, but my hubby is not a fan...I like the color scheme for accessories:

I have always loved that glass tile! And your ideas to go with it sound fabulous! So excited for you! Now I am not so knowledgable about Texas yet....but would College Station be in the San Antonio area? Probably not, but we could use some help finding somewhere to rent! If you guys have any ideas that would be hlepful! Nick is planning on going out to Texas next week!

We're coming to TX the end of July. We're doing a family reunion thingy in Dallas a couple weeks after my parents get back from their mission and then after 5 days in Dallas, my family is coming back to San Antonio with my parents for a week. I am SO excited!!!
